Our company is aware of its own social responsibility and considers its customers' COD's as its own. And considers those below as principles;

Coherence to Laws and Other Obligations

  • To follow Laws and Obligations and also CoD's of the customers we work with.

Work by force

  • Not to employs any workers unwillingly,

Child Labour

  • Not to employ any workers under legal age,

Prevention of Harrassment

  • Not to use any punishment as a company and not allow any kind of harrasment.

Payment

  • To pay all the compulsory payment required by law.

Working Hours

  • To use schedules and extra hour programs legally.

Preventing Discrimination

  • To employ people with their abilities and capacities, not with their colours, races, religions, ethnicities or genders,

Security and Health

  • To follow customers' CoD's about Health and Security, to detect risky sections and take necessary precautions and work with the mentality that considers human health at first.

Freedom to Unionize

  • To respect peoples rights to join Unions.

Environment

  • To detect actions that may have affect on environment and prevent them.
