Payment
- To pay all the compulsory payment required by law.
Working Hours
- To use schedules and extra hour programs legally.
Preventing Discrimination
- To employ people with their abilities and capacities, not with their colours, races, religions, ethnicities or genders,
Security and Health
- To follow customers' CoD's about Health and Security, to detect risky sections and take necessary precautions and work with the mentality that considers human health at first.
Freedom to Unionize
- To respect peoples rights to join Unions.
Environment
- To detect actions that may have affect on environment and prevent them.
